She is highly driven and methodical, specialising in simplifying complex change. Carly successfully led the design and delivery of global system training across the UK and Northern Europe (circa 1000 stakeholders).
Carly collaborates effectively across functions, using her commercial background to drive continuous improvements in processes, skills, and knowledge. Her focus is on adapting strategy into high-standard, consistent operational practice, whether she is facilitating operational excellence programmes or creating territory-wide mentoring strategies.
Outside of work, Carly loves being out in nature, whether that be attending to her garden and growing veg (well attempting) or going for walks that always include a coffee stop.
