Senior Consultant
As a former Leadership and Talent Development Manager for Bentley Motors, Anne created a leadership development strategy to align leaders’ performance and behaviours with company key goals. She is adept at devising development solutions to improve leaders’ confidence and commitment to implement behavioural change. She gained leadership buy in and developed their skills to launch and cascade new behaviours to 4,000 colleagues, on our journey to a high-performance culture. She enjoys designing and delivering talent programmes at all levels: independently, in partnership with suppliers and where appropriate linked to VW/ILM qualifications. Anne has also designed a Diversity Wins training programme and delivered to 400 people managers.
