With over 20 years’ international experience in organisational development across a wide range of sectors, Jane is a consummate professional.

She has expertise in various personality-typing systems – including Insights, Myers Briggs and Belbin – and specialises in culture change, leadership and executive development, team dynamics, and team engagement. She delivers tangible and strategic business results by maximising motivation and performance.

Outside of work Jane is an avid book reader, dog walker and novice painter, with an eclectic taste in music and a passion for skiing.
