Michael is ILM Centre recognised with Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership qualifications. He has extensive Executive coaching experience with directors / senior managers / middle management. He also has a background in design, delivery on higher education programmes e.g. diplomas, degrees, MBAs. Design & delivery of graduate, middle & senior management programmes and global leadership programmes.  He has consultancy experience in HR functions i.e. attraction, recruitment, induction, performance management, redundancy (BT Transformation programme, Thames Water’s “Transforming Thames”). He is also a subject matter expert on learning and development e.g. interviewed by people management, speaker at World of Learning, Midlands Fire Service Conference and founder of the world’s first International Conference on Emotional Intelligence.
