Since 2015, Euan has worked across the GCC helping organisations build capability, culture, and leadership that drive real results. He leads projects that blend data, diagnostics, and human insight – from executive assessment and large-scale development centres to culture transformation and leadership programmes. He’s also the creator of the qReview methodology for building high-impact learning and development ecosystems.

Euan’s approach is grounded in evidence and impact. He’s passionate about making people, performance and development measurable and meaningful – turning strategy into behaviour, and behaviour into performance. His work has supported government entities, global multinationals, and fast-growing regional businesses to grow their people and potential.

Outside of work, Euan is a proud husband and even prouder dad, happiest when in the gym, travelling or escaping for a quick round of golf.
